Dear Vishal,
I think Mr.Kuldeep failed to interpret your query properly.
My answer is YES. The daughters of your father in law i.e. your wife and her sister have equal right to the property along with your mother in law ans brother in law. In case of demise of your father in law, the property will be equally devided into 4 shares between your mother in law, brother in law, sister in law and your wife.
Since it is ancestral property, your wife can challenge if the entire property is given to your brother in law.

I fully endorse the advice of Deepak. You and your sister have also shares as on day and if your father tries to dispose off then you can get stay order against him and can thus restrict him.

Dear Estherpriya,
With due respect i would like to request you that please read the query carefully. He is asking about the rights of daughters and not father and son.
