MY SISTER HAS GIVEN Rs 1 LAC IN CASH AS A LOAN. BUT SHE HAS NO ANY DOCUMANTRY PROOF.
AND EXPIRED IN JUNE 2013 .
BUT SHE HAS LEFT A NOTE ON PLAIN PAPER REGARDING THAT AND SHE HAS ALSO MENTIONED THAT PARTICULAR PERSON HAS SHOWN HER DADAGIRI IF YOU HAVE DEMANDED MONEY FROM ME THEN I WILL NOT LEAVE YOUR MOTHER AND BROTHER ALIVE.
SHE HAS LEFT THE IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2013 REGARDING THAT.
WHEN SHE HAS GIVEN LOAN THERE IS ONE PERSON AS A WITNESS ALSO WHEN SHE HAS SHOWN HER DADAGIRI ALSO THERE IS WITNESS.
SHE IS ALSO IN NOTE THAT DUE TO DADAGIRI OF PARTICULAR PERSON SHE WAS VERY UPSET AND GOT HEART ATTACKED AND SHE IS MENTIONED IN NOTE THAT AFTER MY DEATH MY BROTHER HAS RIGHT TO DEMND MONEY FROM HER.
MY SISTER WAS UNMARRIED.

PLS GUIDE ME WHAT I DO ?

Instead of stating it as Loan show it as Extortion and file a police complaint and if necessary seek court directions.Your sister had almost seen death so ask her to be bold and face the devils.Consult a good Criminal side Lawyer

You have a very weak civil suit if filed in absence of any written commitment from the borrower. Your sister has also expired.
