Deceased sons self acquired property

Respected Sir,
I want to know, if son died without leaving will and he has wife, two sons and mother. Then, does the mother have legal right over the son's self acquired property with deceased wife and son as per Hindu succession Act?

yes, mother is class-I heir.

Yes. As per Hindu succession Act, mother is entitled to get equal share along with widow and children of deceased son.

The mother of deceased son being a Class I legal heir to the deceased, she is entitled to an equal share in the intestate property left behind by the deceased to that of other class I legal heirs as per the provisions of Hindu Succession Act.
