Sir. After receiving Probate from Honourable Calcutta High Court. Is it necessary to get Deed of Assent ?

Obtaining probate of a will is followed by a letter of administration from the Court which is a quite different connotation from Deed of Assent, consult your lawyer.

1. PROBATE, is a Final decree, for all legitimate purposes. No further documentations /Deeds are necessary.
