Sir, one person has given complaint against a widow lady 'F'. her husband name is 'X'. but while giving complaint he has intentionally given her husband name as 'Y'. widow lady didn't remarried anybody after her husband's death. the complainant is her relative who clearly known that she didn't remarry. but he has given complaint that some others name 'y" as her husband. now she is ready to file PCR against complainant under section 499 of IPC. can she succeed?

Purely an academic query!
You have not mentioned about the status of the complaint against the widow, with whom made, if investigated, the outcome of investigation, any trial and judgment on that, etc. Any reason for not doing so?

Complaint regarding the assault. but when mentioning the accused name he has mentioned some others name as husband instead her real huband.

Evading from reply to my queries clearly indicate that it is an accademic query of a student, not a real problem. Even in your present post, while you have made a mention about some assault, but you have not mentioned the nature of assault, on whom made and by whom?
