Degree in law and pursuing legal career

Dear Sir

I am 54 years Old. I want to study degree in law and do my independent practice in Law.

Please advise if this is possible at this age. Are there any restrictions age wise to enroll as practising lawyer.

As at present there is no age restriction to study law course.
