Delayed maintenance even after court's order.

One of my friend has got orders for maintenance from the Honorable court whose hubby is a govt. employee..but three months have gone past she is not getting any money in her account which had to be deducted directly from her hubby's salary account as per the court's order....now what is she supposed to do? is it possible that her hubby manipulate the system after the court's order? how to deal with situation? kindly suggest if any other procedure to obtain the execution of court's order in govt office in a maintenance case.

take out an application for execution . in execution proceedings seek his arrest for failure to comply with court orders . he will pay immediatedly

I have filed a case 498 against my abusive husband and maintainance under 125(A) five months back. till now the hounerable court did not summoned the man.I want to know sir/madam, How long it takes to the Honerable court to issue the summon in a maintanance case after the case is registered?""
You being educated, and recd mtn order quickly, get it executed thru your Advocate. Execution procedure is separate.
