What is DIC?

What do you mean by” DIC under Industrial Cosultancy category”

You may elaborate for better understanding of the query.

However if you are MSME, you may refer to:

THE MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT ACT, 2006
No. 27 OF 2006

CHAPTER V
DELAYED PAYMENTS TO MICRO AND SMALL ENTERPRISES

15. Where any supplier supplies any goods or renders any services to any buyer, the buyer shall make payment therefore on or before the date agreed upon between him and the supplier in writing or, where there is no agreement in this behalf, before the appointed day: Provided that in no case the period agreed upon between the supplier and the buyer in writing shall exceed forty-five days from the day of acceptance or the day of deemed acceptance.

Do you mean DIC as District Industries Center.

Whether any rate of commission and assignment of work is written.

Send legal notice claiming the commission. Send copy of the legal notice to Head Office of the Bank.

You have posted that:

“i had a agreement which mentioned my scope of work and the commission payable to me.”

Agreed with Shri Rajendra K Goyal and you should submit a representation/legal notice to the BM and Chairman’s office of the bank, along with copy of your bill submitted to BM.
