denial of registered marriage??-- very urgent

hi everyone.
i married a girl and registered the same without knowing to our parents. we lived seperate meeting only in weekends. after 8 months, due to a misunderstanding, my wife stopped talking to me and we were seperate. after waiting for 6 months, i sent a notice to her house, asking her to return to me. her family members came and asked to give mutual divorce, which i declined. now, they have sent me a notice that the marriage never happened and she has said that she came to register office only to sign for some other thing(for registering for a govt job).
i have photos we taken together and the messages she sent while we were in good touch . will it enough proof that we were married? i also have marriage certificate with me? after all this, can anyone deny that marriage is valid??
she is engaged to other person now and hence her family wants to hide all this, by stating that our marriage never take place.
in that notice, they said that i am blackmailing them and they will charge criminal complaint against me for the same.
we married july 2010 and now , after a year , she is acting as though she dint know anything about our marriage.
in between, if she happens to marry again, can i put case of bigamy against her?? will the court deny our marriage, as she is acting she doesnt know about the same??

you have photo and marriage register copy enough for you did marriage, if she will marrie any one without divorce then you will file bigamy asper law, meanwhile you lodged a complaint against them regarding aforesaid reasons at police station its very useful for you in future.

your marriage still exit. file a petition of RCR in the court to fetch back your wife.

1) once your marraiage is registered it is sufficent proof of legality of your marriage .
2)a mere denial by her as to being married will not suffice . the fact that she had gone to registrar office , submitted form along with supporting documents , and certicate has been issued of registartion of marriage is sufficent
3)in case she marries agin you cna file complaint for bigamy against her .
4) threats by her family of filing of croiminal complaint aginst you is merely to force you to agree for a divorce

yes.. still your marriage still in force.. you can file a petition restitution conjugal rights.. but my advice is just try to convince her.. cos without understanding what you going to do with her?

Marriage certificate issued in your favor is conclusive proof of the solemnization of your marriage with her.
If you want to check her from marrying any other person, in my opinion, you should file a case of injunction against her in civil court.
