Myself and my neighbour were working in the same department in a Central Government and now retired and getting pensions. Neighbour is giving frequent problems to me and I am not able to live peacefully. Is it possible for the Department officially to intervein in this case?
No it is not possible for the department to intervene officially in the case of problem given to you by your neighbour as w.e.f. the date of your/his retirement there is no authority vested with your department to intervene/otherwise also admittedly as the matter pertains to the out of office problem only your common friend can act as a peacemaker but in their individual capacity not officially.
If you are from the previlaged class your dept. can intervene otherwise the law will take it own course as you choose.
Thanks. AAR. KRISHNAN

No. After retirement you are no more employees of central government. You are not under their control. Both of you are free individuals who address your problems for yourselves.
