Transfer of case procedure

Dear Members,
Would like your insights on the Sec 25 of CPC, for transfer of case from a civil court of one state to civil court of another state.
I need the following clarifications.
1. If the case if filed in a civil court do we need to engage the services of a supreme court lawyer for arguments for transferring the case to civil court of another state.
2. How long does this process takes for transfer.
3. If anyone can share any such documents that are needed or other insights in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I would like to refer the case of Reena Mehra v/s Rohith Rai Mehra of SC -under sec 25 CPC it is a petition to Transfer the cases from Delhi to Mumbai City Civil courts, while the Property is situated at Delhi-(2003-2 ILD1102 SC)
The procedure prescribed before the Suprem Court is to be followed . It is difficult to file a pettion and get necessary orders with out the help of an advocat in Suprem Court.

I agree with Mr. Rao. application u/s 25 CPC transfer of case from one state to another lies before supreme court. for better help it is necessary to take help of supreme court lawyer.
