Alibauug Project. Disha Direct.
I am having property at Kaver in Alibaug dustrirct. Taken in Pre launch offer & Paid Rs 25 lakhs.2BHK Flat is agreed . Document Registered on 19th June.2013 at ALibug Reidtration Office.
Agreed to gice possession within 24 months= 19th june 2015. If failed to give , ready to give interest on delayed posseion @ 81 &. Current position.
Construction work has been stopped since last one year. They wereto start it now & supposed to give updates. Sofar no response to my communication.
What is the remedy ? suggest Action. A A Ghaisas- 5th April 2017.

file complaint in consumer court to get refund of ur amount with damages and interest against developer.

Did you send any legal notice to Disha Direct? If No.. then send one with the help of a good lawyer.
Filing a complaint before the consumer court shall be always advisable, but the facts of the case need to be seen before coming to any conclusion. Many aspects need to be cleared such as whether you had purchased that property for commercial purpose (as there are few schemes offered by the builders in that area to use residential flats for vacation and get rent regularly) or for the investment purpose etc.

The construction has been stopped for 1 year.
Discuss with a local counsel specializing in such/consumer matters ASAP and show all docs that you have.
Your counsel can help you to cover defects if any.
Approach DCDRF.
