Did any Office other than Regional,Head or Branch Office of a Company can deal with their Client if it does not fall within its area or region. If in case it is Yes, what should be the Procedures of that Company.

we do not have rule making powers with regard to any type of company.

we can just answer external affairs and not internal or based on business policy adopted by a particular company.
