Diffrence between follwing terms

sir, can u plz explian about the terms of property will/power of attorney and gift. on which term.other member of family can not claim for property in following. plz suggest which on is more adequate in the terms property transfer for respected person. plz explain briefly bcz i do not have any idea about that.

If gift is properly executed, it is very hard to challenge it later on.

If it self acquired property, you may go for any of this... if it is ancestral property, the other members of the family having their respective share according to the provision of law .. agree with shailesh.. better seek an opinion of a local lawyer along with all the property documents
