I was dismissed from bank service in mizoram. I was given official accomodation in delhi. Appellate autuority from mumbai have communicated his decesion at my official residence in delhi cause of action in respect of matter connected with cooerative society matters more than six years back matter pertains to chandigarh after that i serviced in shimla dehradun and aizwal,mizoram. Filed case in delhi high court. Respodant raised question on territorial juridiction. Can anybody provide me relevant judgement

If it is a co-operative society matter, it could be raised only with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies of the state concerned. If the award of the RCS is to be challenged, then one need to approach Appellate Tribunal of that State. Further appeal or writ lies in the High Court. Your case is difficult to be understood in the absence of clear picture of the case.
However, it is interesting to note that Mizoram + Aizwal, Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Shimla, Dehradun, all figure in your case.

The matter do not fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court so the point to this effect has rightly been raised by your department but one thing is clear that they have communicated their decision at Delhi so you have no option but to highlight only this point and see what remains the decision of HC Delhi on this objection.

I was allotted official residence in delhi. my appeal to appellate authority was dismmissed by appellate authority at mumbai and decision was conveyed to me at my official residence in delhi. Then I filed a case in delhi high court with a prayer for revokation of dismissal and retention of flat at delhi till the decision of the court. However the court said that the house case may be taken up by me separately in the lower court where the alternative remedy is available to me. The respondent bank has full business office in delhi. Respondent replied throgh their office at delhi and they have replied to the full pettition apart from raising territorial issue
