Dismissal of Matrimony Case

Dear sir,

This is for your kind information that my wife had filed a divorce suit against me on the year 2011. Initially, she was very keen for the same but lately she didn't showed her any kind of interest to appear in the court, the honourable court has issued show cause and finally the dismissed the case.
I have son of 05 yrs and although I got the visitation right for the same but about three times she failed to produce my son in front of me !!
Sir, I an mentally very upset as I have not seen my son for last two years, so seeking yours valuable advice and guidance for the same.

contact a local lawyer .address letter to your wife enclsoing court orders for visitation . request her to garnt you visitation rights as per court orders . if she fails to comply draw attention of the court to fact that orders are been flouted with impunity .

File for contempt of court if your wife disobeys the order of the court. However if the visitation rights granted were interim then if the case is dismissed you will have to file fresh petition for visitation.

Since the suit is dismissed , the order made therein also looses its force.
Now to see your son you have to file a fresh case for custody of the child where you can well claim for visitation rights and custody.
You can enforce the order passed therein as long as suit continues till its final disposal.
