Disowned son is using my address in passport, bank account, insurance etc

Dear sir,

My son 31 years, is not living with me, I have not relation with him, I have not given official notice that I do not own him . H I have sent a regd notice on 14.5.11 thru advocate, acknowldegement is with me, my clients knowlege that your are using his address in- passport and visa, car/RC, insurance of car, Life insurance-all, address in your office, address by office in medical policy, voter ID card, Income tax return , investment in bank, Post office and NSC, Public Provident fundm mutual fun,, bank account,- all banks, purchase bill of AC , washing machine, LPG gas cylinder, mobile connection etc.

Please give the documentary proofe that you have got changed my house to your house wihtin 30 days, but till now he has done nothing.

Sir, kindly inform me, under which act and how I can get changed my address through court.

Kindly reply and oblige, your valuable advise and opinion needed sir

You can inform the bank about the same. No legal action can be initiated.

Mr. Goel! You should officially disown your son first by making a public notice in a news paper.

Then you can make correspondance to all departments wherein your son has given the address as of you. It should be first ensured that the house property belongs to you or not and whether your son is actually residing with you or not.

If your son is residing in the same premises despite of his disowning then the course shall be otherwise. You through a civil suit can get your house evicted.
