And both the parties were not appeared in the court. Will it get disposed iff?

Dear Sir,
It all depends on the Judge before whom it was posted. In most of the time it cannot disposed without hearing the parties filing the Writ Petition. Even if it is dismissed for default the party filing it may restore it by filing necessary application and pleading acceptable grounds for non appearance.
