Sir, If a person does not accept the genuinness of a will then whos responsibility lies to proove the genuinnes of the will,a beneficiary or the person challenging the will. Please advice.

person who has filed for probate has to prove that will was duly executed by testator . he has to prove that will was signed by testator in presence of 2 attesting witness es

A person who challenge the will and wants to declare the same as null and void,has to prove that will is suspicious.

Executor or person applying for probate is to prove that the will is genuine. The person challenging the will has to prove that it is suspicious and hence be declared null and void.
