I AM A BIOLOGICAL SON OF ANOTHER BIOLOGICAL LIVING FATHER BESIDES MY DEAD OFFICIAL FATHER
I USED TO BE IN CONTACT WITH HIM BUT FOR LAST 10 YEARS HE HAS SEVERED ANY CONTACT.
HE IS MARRIED MAN WITH 2 GROWN UP CHILDREN AND HE HAS WITHDRAWN ANY RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS ME OR MY MOTHER ALTHOUGH HE HAS A SUCCESFUL BUSINESS COMPANY
THOSE TWO OFFICIAL SONS AND WIFE NOW RULE OVER HIS BUISENESS
HOW CAN I START MY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WITH MY DNA SAMPLE MATCHED TO HIS DNA SAMPLE TO PROVE THAT HE IS REAL FATHER AND GET JUDGEMENT FOR MYSELF AND MY MOTHER WHOM HE KNEW BEFORE MARRIAGE TO OTHER WOMAN
COULD YOU GUIDE ME PLEASE TO THE EXACT PROCEDURE

File a declaratory suit on your paternity. During trial stage only the question of DNA proof will arise.

I MEANT MY OFFICIAL FATHER IS NO MORE
HE WAS MORE THAN ANY BIOLOGICAL FATHER TO ME AND CARED FOR ME TILL HIS DEATH
I AM NOW TALKING ABOUT MY BIOLOGICAL FATHER WHO IS A SHAME ON ANY FATHERHOOD
IT IS NOT FOR PROPERTIES BUT MORE TO TEACH HIM A LESSON AND SET THE BALANCE RIGHT AND A JUDGEMENT WHICH IF LEFT HE WILL GET UP THERE
SO BETTER BE HERE ON EARTH

U are not clear in UR expression. Has UR official father adopted U.Or has UR biological father has entrusted UR care to him. Where was UR biological mother living.Regarding good lawyer in Delhi, better locate him yourself or else some one in the forum may contact U if he goes through this query.

Why did you get this idea of teaching lesson to your biological father all of a sudden after so many years? Your intention is to grab his money or property hence you are asking advise from this portal for your personal gains ?
Consult a local lawyer and file a suit for declaring him as your father.
