Districtattorney rejec the police re enquiry if ssp comment on remove name of person , i agree with

. sir da has any power for rejecting enquiy report. if yes then ssp comment on enquiry remove her name then da do or not . suppose name is remove from challan on the basis of police report. then can judge order to call me anytime. on ( other criminals sheets or bayan) but if complaitenet sheet on police report he is not the person which is involve.. then if judge caal me what can we do ???

Who are you in the given matter and what is your interest therein?

If you are District Attorney then you are expected to know procedure applicable in such matters. This is clearly an injustice with the experts that they guide about the office working of your office rather you should guide us.

Generally if police has reached to a conclusion that a specific person is not involved in the crime, DA is not the super authority to instruct for re-investigation but court have ample powers to do so under the provisions of section 173 (8) of criminal procedure code.

If court calls you then you can convey your way of thinking pertaining to that case. difference of opinion is always welcome if you have no bonafide intention in support or against any particular accused or case.
