Disturbance due to neighbours airconditioner

Sir my neighbors installed their split air conditioner vent facing to my fathers rooms window, huge hot air and noise coming through it.My father is cancer patient polluted air is very harm full for them. on requesting them they said we have own wall we can do any thing.I had raised my boundary wall above seven feet but they placed their air conditioner above the height of my wall. Does there is any law by which my family can breath in fresh air.

You are advised to file a coplaint before your local municipality, and file a complaint on a prescribed form at Human rights commission, definately you will seek relief very soon.
Or use force and break down.

File a complaint under section 133 of criminal procedure code before the local SDM and get the relief as earliest as possible. Take services of a local lawyer for this purpose.
