Dear Sir,
My Brother had taken a credit card from a national bank and paying the dues promptly without fail. Recently, he had received a post from the bank about the statement of his credit card due payments. Unfortunately, the company administration officer in his office has redirected the post back to the bank without his notice mentioning by his hand written that he is not working in the company.(My Brother had been working in the company for the past 2 years and he his in the senior management position - He is well known, hard working, sincere and friendly person in the office). Due to his growth in the organization, the secretary of the company is very jealous on him.
By gods grace he came to know this from his office collegue and he collected the post. If he had not received it, then the bank would have made my brother into legal problems. He would like to take legal action on his secretary for hiding & diverting the legal document. Please advise him about the process of filing a case or complaint on secretary.

dont be ridiculous . just warn the secretary not to do this again . send him a written memo . that should suffice

Complain to HR department of the company so as to warn the secretary for not to repeat such instances.

A mere warning is enough. If you wish to proceed legally for this small clause, it is nothing but abuse of legal system and ultimately without any relief.
