dividation of father property

Sir, i am shardha nand, my real mother is died in my childhood,after that my father got married with a lady, that become my step mother, she had four children all are male,recently before two months early my father expire,after her i want to know that should i have the right of half of the property of my father or the property divide in equal parts between my step brothers.

If your father had not left any Will, or made any gift of the property in question, then the property has to be shared equally amongst all his legal heirs i.e. your step mother, you, and all your step brothers/sisters.

Each legal heir will get equal share in the properties of the deceased father. you will get 1/6th share.

If her mother alive, what is the quantum of share?
Both the wives one share
Each sons one four share
One daughter one share

What about 1/2 share of her mother?

I have doubt in this situation.
Experts please clarify.
