Division of property

father have four brother and my father is elder from all of them.In current he is no more. In my joint family property can I coice any part of property which is divided in four equal parts because of my father is elder from them.Its a agriculture land 1 Kila. I want to choose out of four parts 2nd or 3rd ,any one from them.
Please tell me I have choice yes or no

My all Uncle given me first or fourth part.

1. The choice of selective portion of the immovable property can be decided "mutually" by the relevant legal heirs and registered via a "partition deed", to gain permanent legality.
