MY WIFE IS WORKING AND FILED COMPLAINT AGAINST ME(506A).SHE DOESN'T WANT TO STAY WITH ME.WE HAVE A SON.LIVING WITH HER.

WE ARE STAYING SEPARATELY. AFTER HOW LONG I CAN APPLY FOR DIVORCE?.
