I got a quick question for you if you can help me out with it, I am 29 year old and I want divorce from my husband and I have one kid as well and I need divorce from my husband we are not living together anymore and I don't need any money from him. how quick I can get divorce from him? I got my own property and hes intrested in it so he wont give it easily. could you please help me out.

Sorry, there is no method for quick divorce unless your husband agrees for mutual divorce wherein it can happen but not earlier than 6 months from the date of filing .

if your husband is willing go in for divorce by mutual consent . you can get divorce in around 7 months . contested divorces take years to be disposed of

If your husband agree for Mutual Consent divorce, it can happen in 6-7 months otherwise it would take time.

Mutual consent divorce is the best way to get settled the entire issues in one go. It shall make end of all disputes.
