Since the case in the Court, you have to prove the points in the court of law with the aid of your lawyer.

first time on this website i ve seen a case where the wife is willing to pay for divorce.
well, if u truly want her back, try to talk to her, mutual discussion is a key to every solution.
dont be depressed, if she does not want to stay with u, ask her clearly that u need more money as u r unable to maintain urself.
u may pursue litigation but that may not be good for quick and peaceful solution.

when u have engaged an advocate to proceed with case then he will guide u, and if u are not interested on him u may change such advocate, and engage another advocate which he will guide u, if it is convenient and possible corrospond with

Mr. Anonymous,
One example I want to give you. My client faced the same situation what now you are facing.
He got married to his student he got job at bengaluru and she got in BPO. After getting the job she turned because she had a relation with one collegue. My client came and told the problems what he is facing because his wife. I suggested them to go for mutual divorce, according divorce petition filed while conciliation judge asked about the husband's work she said he is lecturer and I am working in BPO drawing 20K, judge asked another question is it love marriage or arranged, she answered love marriage, then judge said didnt you think about the future while making a love she said no. It means she has independent income. Now my client got married another girl and living happily .
In your case it is like same. My advise is dont waste your time go for mutual divorce and get marry another girl. Money can be earned.
