Everything depends upon the terms and conditions of the mutual consent agreement.
She can not claim anything beyond the terms mutually agreed upon.

Divorce once granted by the trial court need not be confirmed by high court. Moreover the divorce under mutual consent is not appeal-able. Also there is no such thing called she my ask for share in the property until she is a joint owner of such property.
