My name is lovelesh sharma age 32 years i got married before 4 months to bhavna sharma this marriage was forced on me by my family. I have already said no to the marriage and asked them to called off the engagement. But my parents and girls parent force me into this wedding i have no sexual relation with the girl of any kind neither i talk to her. I left for mumbai for job search after 3 days of marriage .
I am already in a relationship with a girl from past 5 Years. I want to get divorce please help me how to go forward for this.

When you are having relation with a girl before the marriage, then you were not supposed to be inclined to get married to another girl though you get resistance for your and girl's parents.
Now you can not get divorce for this type of grounds.
Better carry on with your married life by changing your mind so that you can make your wife happy, otherwise you cannot make both the girls happy.

No one can force a person to marry if he / she do not wish. He has many way to escape.
You want to punish two innocent girls for your cowardliness / fault.
Now accept the situation, save marriage and save your family from further shame.

dear,
as a human i will say no for relationship marriage,
because in future you will face thousand of problems,
and as consultant i will say, you shall tlak politlity no of times with both girls, to whom married and to who m you want,,
dont go for face and beauty which with vanish but go for how much both loves you then go for expert advice,
if you tried,,, one more time write plus minus points of both girls on paper then talk last time..

There is no ground for divorce at this point of time.
After the statutory period, go for a mutual consent resolve the problem.

Please help me what is the statutory period and on what ground i can file for separation or divorce. I want to tell my wife that i already love and have physical intimacy with someone else. I dont want to spoil life of girl i married. my parents and she herself are playing tricks to consummate marriage because i have not touched her till now.this marriage life will be a punishment for me.
