Consider this case and then plz reply-
I am a 32 year old Hindu man, married for 8 years. I have a 7 year old daughter whom I love the most. I am not having any physical relation with my wife for past 5 years, though we stay in same house but sleep in separate rooms. Whenever I bring the topic of divorce, everyone is against me, especially my old ailing father whose sole responsibility is on me. Now I got to know from my relatives that my wife is pregnant. I am sure that this child is not mine. Please advice what I am suppose to do now.

file for divorce on grounds of adultery . DNA test will reveal who is the father f the child

If you are doubt then you can file divorce petition on adultery ground.

Talk to her She also would be aware the Legal steps would cause her damage in society.Tell her to accept for Mutual Consent Divorce and accept for your daughter's custody with you.Your Self could sort it out or with the help of your family or her family elders Also take a confirmation the father's name of the child presently she is carrying should not be yours.Try to sort it out amicably Or Final option Consult a Lawyer
