Divorce needed, if not registered?

I got married recently through arrange marriage. It was a blind arrange marriage in which I didn't saw the girl nor she had, I was against with this marraige, because I didn't knew the girl whom I am going to spend my life. I was the pressure from my family that i had to marry. Now, i don't want to be with her. We got married a couple of week ago. I want to know the following things:
1) Is divorce needed?? we haven't registered the marriage.
2) If yes, what is the procedure?
3) what will be the possible consequences to me and my family?
4) this divorce is not through a mutual consent.
5) any more suggestions on how to get separated?

1) Even in case on non-registration, one has to file divorce to dissolve the marriage
2) One cannot approach court directly within short span of time ( require details as to date of marriage to answer properly)
3) If the girl start to contest the case and against divorce, she may start giving harassment to you and your family
4) only after one year of date of marriage, divorce by mutual consent can be filed
5) Render more details so as to enable our members to resolve your requirement

Few weeks ago you got married. You have to wait. Immediately you wont get. If consent divorce then only you can get the divorce immediaely. Immediaely means you will have to wait for 6 months

Since you got married few weeks ago so you can apply for annulment of marriage ...as without MCD its shall not be easy to get divorce as it shall take time and full legal procedure has to be followed.... so annulment is better ..

you have been married for only few weeks . dont ruin the girl life . visit a marriage counsellor . no divorce can be granted within first year of marriage .
your wife dosent want divorce . it will be a contested affair .

You accepted the family pressure, did not opposed at appropriate time. Now want to ruin the life of an innocent girl punishing her for your own fault. Want to legalize your own fault and searching / seeking lame excuse of not registration of marriage.
Sir, no body is fool enough including the family members of the girl. You and your family members would be facing a no. of court cases / including criminal cases due to present law. Can be arrested also. Your own fault may trouble your parents.
