Divorce petition with civility

If a woman wants avoid humiliation to her in-laws through cases under sections 498a, 406 etc that require arrest or detention or involvement of police, yet, she wants to get divorce, justice and compensation due to her husbands acts that are not very criminal in nature what can she do?
Such as husband mistrusted her, is irregular in performing intercourse, concealed facts from his past that have deep impact on the health of the relationship. Unlike acts of husbands who endanger spouse physically, who should be dealt with harshly and immediately, these issues in marriage do not require extreme measures like police arriving at door steps of the matrimonial house causing humiliation and loss of pride in the soceity in addition to the verbal harassment the bridegroom family shall face in the hands of the police in addition to the remand for few days.

visit a marriage counsellor to resolve all issues . if it fails then file for divorce . it can be converted into divorce by mutual consent .

Try to settle the issue with the help of elders, relatives and effective person of society and try for the Mutual Consent Divorce.
If this does not work, pressure technique is the way left.

Amicable settlement over the disputes is the best remedy and if such solution is possible then better to file MCD.
