Sir, my uncle purchased the plot in 2008 on that day registration and every thing completed by seller and registrar. Now revenue department objects that land is dkt including with my uncle more than 150 members bought the land. Land details is 420/1,420/2 , 3.28 acers, b.k.Palle , madanapalle. Chittoor district, A.P.

@author, i agree with the expert Dr.jc vashista sir. however, at the time of registration of the document, the list of prohibited properties (dkt land etc..) from the authorities concerned received by the sub-registrar, he cannot register the land. if the sub-registrar registered the document though received the list he will be punishable as rules. so all the buyers put an application before the district collector for rectification or subdivision of the land.
