she will get the certified copy of the sale deed in the sub registrar officer and property extract she will get in the City Survey Officer of the concerned taluka. If she is in village she will get the property extract at Village Accountant Office.

SHE CAN GET CITY SURVEY PROPERTY EXTRACT ,IF HER NAME IS IN OWNER COLOUM. SHE GET MUTATION ENTERY ABOUT HOW PROPERTY CAME TO HER BY SALE DEED OR GIFT DEED/WILL OR BY SALE DEED. THEN SHE CAN OBTAIN CERTIFIED COPIES OF SAID DOCUMENT FROM SUB REGISTRAR OFFICE. THEN SHE CAN TRANSFER HER PROPERTY.

She will get the certified copy of the sale deed from the sub registrar office and also report to the police about the missing of sale deed.
MANISH (Expert) 28 November 2009
Dear Mr. Suresh,
she may have a certified copies of all such documents through RTI from DDA office in INA.
She may also get certified copies of her documents from the Sub-Registrar Office, this you have to check whether from PItam Pura office or Rohini Sec-16 Office.
