hi, i would like to if a divorced daughter, residing with her parents , have right in her father's property? this is a muslim family issue. The father has remarried and doesnt care about the first wife or children. first wife has 3 daughters and 1 son only. so my question here is since the life of the daughter who got divorced is now ruined, can she claim a son's share in her fathers property for her security in future?(incase the daughter doesnt get remarried). please reply

only after the death of the father son can claim his share. I think I am right.

your question is not clear. is it as under: Muslim Husband has divorced his first wife. Out of the first marriage he has three daughters and one son. Now the first wife wants share for her son in Muslim Husband's property.
If that is so then you cannot claim the same. But you can claim maintenance from your Husband for yourself under Muslim Women(Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act 1986 and if your children are minor then claim for them under 125 CrPC.

Every muslim daughter whether divorced or not divorced have a right to success her parents property.During the life time of parents either son or daughter can not claim property from their muslim parents. The property may be self acquired or ancesstral. Divorced daughter can claim maintenance from her parents as per the Muslim Women (protection of rights on divorce ) act 1986.

Mr.khaleel Ahmed is a bad lawyer. I met him in person and consulted him for my dowry harassment case. He ruined my life by providing incorrect moves. I wish I could ban him
