Doughter share in parent property

(Querist) 08 March 2013 This query is : Resolved 
a property of 500 sq yard in delhi purchased by my grand father around 50 years ago.
my grand father had two children one son and one doughter. their son was my father , who has three children two son and one doughter (me).
my grand father and G.mother both has died without any will.
the partition of this property occurs in 1999. the details of partition are as follows.
my aunt(Bua) relinquish her share in favours of my father. then my father give 50-50% to his two sons (my brothers). my brothers make paper of sale from my father to their wife.
they donot give anything to me. i need money. can i claim my share.my father has died. only my mother is alive.

You have no share in the given case. The property was not ancestral rather the same was personal property of your father who during his life time made settlement of the entire property among his both sons so you cannot claim as desired.
