Dear madam
I Got married on September 12th 2015 which is almost 4 months now and have been facing lot of issues in my in laws house from the very 1st month as it is a joint family , they are asking to get money and more jewels from the house, I am going through a hell lot of difficulties and danger where my husband often picks up unwanted fight and mother in law creates big scene where other in laws take part they all brutally abuse me in filthy language and hit me and threaten me saying I would loose my married life.
My mother in law always threaten me that she will make her son to divorce me and get him married to somebody who is more wealthy and extremely beautiful, she keeps asking for liquid cash and jewels she says her parents gave her 80 sovereign as a wedding gift and i should also fullfill something similar, she insults me and my family with the wedding gift and jewels offered is unacceptable as their relative will not respect the family they will abuse me and throw me out, she always compaires girls who got married in her friend circle she says if this was the case she would have cancelled the wedding even after engagement and also swares that she has already done this to one of the girl in nagercoil, while on fight she spits at my face often, she beats me, tries to kick me, she uses all valgur words and pulls my hair using sentence lke i am more worst than a prostitute, nobody was ready to marry me only her son took pity , she say I must have given birth to a baby before marriage, about my complexion and appearance etc..... Lots and lots which is really unbearable to digest, she also says that in tamilnadu girls are killed by cylinder blast and also while eating she mentions that she hasn't added poision to the food, she says during her time that she has undergone much more worst difficulties by her in laws and I should be ready to carry the cross, all this happiness rightin frint of my husband and he also takes part equally with my in laws my husband also demands for liquid cash he insults and abuses me even in a public place, he is too flirty if I question him he says I must have had affair with other men, he hits me uses high time profanity, hits me with what ever he gets in his hand, says I am more worst than a prostitute, I look like a mother of two child, always compares me with her mother and sisters appearance and dressing sense and insults me even though I don't look any less , while picking up unwanted fight he encourages all of my in-laws to interfere and torture me and hit me and takes a pleasure out of it, he demands me to join highest paid salary job, he doesn't even spend 5 minutes with me as a husband apart from having sex and I get only 4 hours of sleep everyday which he is really not bothered, he doesn't help me in any situation he is not at all bothered to spend 1 rupee even in any emergency, if I try to question him he abuses me verbally asks me to remove my mangal sutra and go home, he says he is not bothered whether I am in the street or road and always says he will divorce me and says his mother is important, one of my brother in law comes to hit me he abused me and my parents verbally, speaks in filthy language and asks me to get out of the house, he says he will get rowdies to destroy my parents and says he will get lawyer to get my husband divorce me, they feed me papaya fruit looks like they don't want me to get pregnant, the whole family is troubling me as a whole in all ways possible,not only this i havebeen treated just as a save in terms of doing house work initially they use to lock me inside the house thinking I would tell this to my parents, recently they picked up a similar fight and threw me out on 25th of Dec as my mom in law and sis in-law was demanding for a gold ring for my husband as a Christmas gift, they came to my parents house fought with us and created a big scence, my husband only answered my brothers call last week he says his mom is unwell and was admitted in mental hospital and skipped coma and he needs time to take me back with conditions , but Idnt want to go back and live with them, but at the same time I don't want to leave my husband as he is highly responseble for all these torture and also I am worried about my future happiness and society, I come from a middle class family, if at all if I am sportive to divorce him he may get married to someone else he may spoil other girls life, he should be properly warned and should be adviced to live with me separately specially without any dowry demands, I don't mind if he shares his salary to his mom, I would also support my salary for him , but my mother in law and other in laws need to be warned severly and should be scared so that they would never do this to others, I will be very thankful to you throught my life

within a space of four months you have had time to put twice the same query.You have to decide whether to fle a case with police to seek deliverance or to continue to live under mind crippling ambience which may get worse and worse as you continue to tolerate it witout resistance / legal protection. Consult your seniors in your own family.

Dear all thank you very much (sudir Kumar sir thank-you very much) for your reply the reason why I dint go to the police is first thing i first want to tell every thing to my parents as they have spent many lakhs in the wedding via loan which will only take take many years to cover loan and i am worried thinking that i dont want to be a burdden back to myparents apart from being burden my unfortunate life will remind my parents and ruin their happiness if i skip my married lfe and goback home so i really wanted to give few chance specially to my husband in chaning hisway of behaviour the attempt of doing that was total waste,next i dnt get an access to the phone calls vn I am in my in-laws place recently my mom in law broke my cell phone vn i tried contacting my bro and this house is an apartment the doors are always kept closed during fight everything happens in a room vn I scream they hit me so just to avoid injury I keep quite , and neighbours are not bothered even if they have ear little bit of noise,but on November. 22nd i took effort where I had similar issues But couldn't come out of the apartment as the security guard was not ready to open the gate as it was 1.45 am however my mom in law got scared and she came down she gave my husbands phone tospeak to my bro who was on the line and my bro asked me not to leave house at that time and he said he will take care of everything in the morning he said he can come to spot but as my mom's house is 3 hrs journey to my hubbys house so I told my bro not to take risk next day myself and my in-laws visted. My parents house and she convinced my parents saying it was just a mis understanding b/w husband and wife, however I tried complaining max details to my parents secretly , as i come from a middle class family my parents are scared about my future to take legal action besides my parents only got to know the full story recently on25th of december, and hubbys family threatened us saying they are not ready to accept me back if I do anything of my own as they are blaming lot of things against me in terms of discipline and maintaining the house the way I respect my mother in law and other in-laws which is a total lie I am allmost broken and they are asking me to take time and decide what I need to do further in life ,i am consulting women's help line they have asked me to get complete details typed and print so that they can proceed further and parents are also checking what are the other best way to fix it

Dear sir/ Mam could you please tell me is there a way that i can get my husband out of his family and ask him to stay speratley with me coz that itself will decrease half of my burden
Is there any law that I can go legally and seek justice, is there a law that says the boy should stay seperatly with his wife if his mom is mentally unwell coz. that would effect their healthy marraige life please suggest me something I am eagerly waiting coz what really happened on
On 25th of Dec was my hubby n in-laws picked unwanted fight as usual but this time the verbal abuse was too severe and i was also asked to get out of the house so while leaving I simply warned them I am going to the police they all got scared and followed me immediately but vn they noticed my direction changed they still followed me to mom's house and abused me verbally unnecessarly about my character in public outside , my parents got shocked and warned them they will take legal action immediately for which my mother in law fainted dramatically and my husband and in-laws took her back saying they are rushing to the hospital but we dint hear from them for two weeks and on 3rd week my bro brother pressurised my husband to reply, now they are trying to reverse the case back on me he says his mom was in the mental hospital for 2days and skipped coma and he is already contacted consulted a lawyer in taking me back with terms and condition and we should face all consequence, now I am afraid of that coz( just 2 weeks before my wedding my mother in law kept us informed that she was mentally unwell and was under treatment and she said she now has recovered and she is perfectly fine from last 4years) so probably they are trying to utilize that in this case there is nothing goes less vn it comes to creating dramas and fake stories I have experienced this in every aspect with the days I I have lived with them
