Dp3 against in-law (retired s.i.)

Experts, In my wife complaint mentioned that wife's parents given dowry. That's not true. in-law was a retired Sub-Inspector. I have planned to file DP3. Please give your inputs. Wife Side: Dv act case and police complaint(filed 1.5 yrs back and CSR only made in that). Please give your inputs.

DP3 is of no help.
Bette think of other good strategy.

Better consult a seasoned local lawyer and discuss case with him in detail.

If there case is pending at CSR stage only, why don't you wait for the case to come to the court and then challenge the same appropriately?
