DRAFT MOU

I want a MOU format between a steel plant owner and iron ore mine owner for supply/purchase of raw material on long term basis. These MOU's are generaly required to be submitted to the Government of Orissa to avail operational rights of mine. The MOU should justify that the mine owner has concret source of selling the raw material produced from the mine.

Do not take any chance which may trouble you in future.
Approach a laywer and draft the MOU from him.
