Is there have any rules to keep a register in driving school? if yes can anyone please provide the details for the same?

I have to know about the new rules from MORTH which have an effect on driving schools. I have read amendments from their website but I couldn't understand properly so Dr J C Vashita can you help me to find out a solution for this? thanks in advance.

Dear Sir,
Please check with local RTO office and follow bare directions. Normally all business enterprises including driving school as to maintain a register for transparency.
