Early hearing in labour court

(Querist) 27 January 2017 This query is : Resolved
My case was heard before ALC for almost one year and thereafter reference for adjudicating my case is referred to Labour Cum Tribunal court. Now I received notice of first hearing is to be heard by Labour Court cum Tribunal. For almost one year I am jobless and my family has also come to starvation. My query is that I want that my case may be decided within 3 months which Labour Court can do so. Can I appeal this to court for early hearing if same is decided within 3 months due to financial difficulties and no job and starvation. Please advice.

You can.
Presiding officer shall decide.
As per workload it may not be possible.
