Easement for road access

We have a piece of agricultural land in delhi and we have made a farm house on a part ie 2.5 acres after getting the plans sanctioned from MCD. Now the issue is that our land is surrounded by the gram sabha land which was uncultivated and was transferred to the ministry of environment and forest department by a ruling of supreme court. The approach road for our land goes through that patch of land and the forest department has
dug a hole and not letting us use the access.Is there anyway out to get our access back just for road use.
