Very-very vague query.

IRREGULARITY KARNE SE PAHLE CITATION CHAHIYE.

AGAR KOEE GAWAHI DE RAHA HO TO CROSS-EXAMINATION SE KYON BHAG RAHA HAI.

Any witness who is not cross examined is not a witness and no part of his statement can be held against other party.

It is good favour to opposite party.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 17 July 2012
If it is evidence in criminal case then there can be more effects.

If it is in departmental proceedings and the witness is himself Govt servent the effect will be different.

Please say what is query.
