Soon someone will advise you that "every accused is presumed innocent unless proved guilty"
but this doe snot happen in service matter. In service matters it is 180 degree opposite "every accused has to be proved guilty till proved innocent"
You will not be appointed even if selected unless the case is (i) decided (ii) decided in your favor (not mere technical acquittal/ compromise / compounding.
or
if FIR is quashed.

If the case is disposed and you are acquitted then this may not reflect in the background police verification for the purpose of employment

I am thankful to Sir Sudhir Kumar,Sir T.Kalaiselvan and Dr. J C Vashista for answering my query.
(At present I am not able to fill SBI PO form due to pending case.)
I want to add some more points regarding the case
On the basis of information i received i will not be eligible even if we two parties will compromise( Rajinama). It will still affect my career .
2. My case is in district court and I want to ask on first hearing(Peshi) the other party didn't came to court so I got date of 4 September but due to some issue in court now the peshi is on 4 January . Is there any way we can not delay the case and take date for peshi in court sooner?

If there any restriction to file the application for probationary office post with the SBI due to the case pending against you?
Believe you are prone to listen to rumours more than the practical facts.
2. The court dates cannot be decided to the whims of the litigants.
Once the court has posted the matter to be heard on a different date, then you may have to file a petition to advance the hearing and if the reasons stated therein are convincing then the court may allow the petition to advance the hearing and not otherwise.

You first stop listening to many people.
The people with half knowledge about law will misguide you hence you better wait for the court verdict after that you can plan to prefer an appeal if you are aggrieved over the judgment

I fully agree with senior expert Mr. T Kalaiselvan, do not listen rumours.
You must seek guidance / advise of your lawyer, even if you enjoy faith in the obligation of experts on this platform.
