Whether Rule 444C of UP Cooperative Societies Rule 1968 envisages the initiation of a proceeding by a member of housing cooperative society whose name has, mischievously, neither brought in the provisional voters list later on adopted as such in the final Voter list

As far as i could find out rule 444c speaks on which grounds the election in a cooperative society be challenged. One such ground being that

if the result of the election has been materially affected -
ii) by improper reception, refusal or rejection of voters.
