Email message/ computer printed docs/ mode of proof / evidence

Dear Sirs,

is certificate under 65B Evidence Act is for Email Message / Computer Printed Docs as a part of suit and without such certificate it cannot be legally proofed.

Please assist

Also advise Format of such certificate and who is sign such certificate

Emails are Valid Document in Suit as per Supreme Court and it doesn't need any Certificate since it would carry all the proofs.Where as in the case of Documents like for example accounts maintained in Tally etc the person whose accounts are maintained should submit an affidavit stating the facts that day to day accounts are maintained in computer only and the person who maintains and operates the same would be called for witness.
