Respected Sir,
After my father's death in 1998, my mother started getting family pension. My father had served in GOI, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. My window mother attained the age of 80 years in June 2003 and she is now 88 years old. Kindly do let me know if there is a provision in enhancement of pension to her on attaining the age of 80 years and 85 years and, is so, what shall be the increase in in her pension in percentage terms. With warm regards,

Older Pensioners require a better deal because their needs, especially those relating to health, increase with age. Quantum of pension available to the old pensioners should be increased as follows:-
On attaining age of Additional quantum of pension
80 years 20% of basic pension
85 years 30% of basic pension
90 years 40% of basic pension
95 years 50% of basic pension
100 years 100% of basic pension
