Enrolment in local bar council

Hello Experts
I have a query regarding enrolment to local bar council.
Please clarify my doubts
1) If I would want to practice law in Gurgaon hence then is it mandatory for me to register with a local bar council.
2)If yes then what is the procedure for such an enrolment with the fees to be paid.
3)I have almost 10 years of post law degree corporate exp can I show that while enrolling after paying the appropriate fees.
4)Finally I would like to apply in due course of time to Superior judicial services is enrolment necessary for competing or being selected through such an exam.
Please guide me as I have very little information about this and would want to know about it.

Delhi bar council has given detailed information which u can see for reference on Google.

1 & 2 ) First you have to be enrolled with Punjab and Haryana Bar council. Mr. Maheshwari and Mr. Yadav are members of state Bar council from Gurgaon and are very helpful to guide. You can contact any of them. Mr. Maheshwari has his seat in Hall No. 2 Judicial complex Gurgaon. After that you have to be enrolled with Gurgaon Bar association. Fees for state is of the tune 15000-25000(one time - has to be verified), For Gurgaon Bar association it is less than 1000 per year.
3) Only your LLB degree, reason for any gap from degree and enrollment has to be mentioned.

I searched the P & H Bar council site but could not get the total fees to be paid.
Please clarify the one time fees mentioned by you of Rs 15-25K en rolls a member for life or it is for a certain period.
After enrolling in state bar council is it mandatory to enrol with District bar council.
Also if one has to pay fees for past years post LLB is there any way of doing that.
My reason for getting these details is as I am not at present in NCR.
