Hi,

I would like to know for a software company to registered under the ESIC Maharashtra Act what is limit of employees drawing salary less than 15000/-

Is it 20 or 10 no of employees?

can i get any circular on that.

The number of employees in such concern/establishment is required 20 to fetch the provisions of Employees State Insurance Corporation. There is no specific circular for Maharashtra rather this provision exists in Act itself which is automatically enforceable for all States except Jammu & Kashmir.
